Sable North ("Sable North," "we," "us," or "our") helps med spas build patient acquisition systems. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit sablenorth.com, apply through our website, or submit a form through one of our ads (including Meta lead forms on Facebook and Instagram), and how we use and protect it.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you apply through our website or a lead form, we may collect:
- Your name, email address, and phone number
- Your business name, city and state, and your role
- Details about your business, such as your monthly advertising budget, the software you use, and the challenges you share with us
- Anything else you choose to include in messages, texts, emails, or calls with us
Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, we and our service providers may collect basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and referring website. We may use cookies, pixels (such as the Meta Pixel), and similar technologies to understand how our site and ads perform.
Information from advertising platforms. If you submit a lead form through a Meta ad, Meta shares the information you entered in that form with us.
How we use your information
- To review your application and decide whether we're a good fit
- To contact you by phone, text message, or email about your application, scheduling, and our services
- To schedule calls and send appointment confirmations and reminders

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
How we share information
We share information only as needed to run our business, including with:
- Service providers who help us operate, such as our CRM and messaging platform (GoHighLevel / LeadConnector), website hosting (Netlify), email and calendar tools, and analytics providers. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
- Advertising platforms such as Meta, to measure and improve our ads.
- Legal and safety purposes, when required by law or to protect our rights, users, or others.
- Business transfers, if Sable North is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
The SMS opt-in restriction above applies to all of these categories.
How long we keep information
We keep your information for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, provide our services, and meet legal or business requirements. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your choices and rights
- Texts: reply STOP to stop text messages.
- Emails: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
- Access, correction, and deletion: email us to request a copy of your information, correct it, or delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, and we will honor requests as required by law.
